Shipping Policy

At PARAMOUNT TEA, we are committed to delivering your favorite blends to your doorstep with care and efficiency. Once you place your order, we begin processing it within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched.
Our standard delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. We also offer express shipping for select areas, with delivery times between 1 to 3 business days. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. For orders below that amount, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. All our products are packed securely to ensure they arrive fresh and undamaged.
We currently ship across India and are happy to accommodate bulk or special shipping requests upon inquiry. While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays due to weather, logistics, or other unforeseen issues may occur. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated throughout the shipping process.

Your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process. Returns are accepted on unopened, unused, and sealed tea products within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, simply email us with your order number and a brief explanation, and we’ll guide you through the process.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll happily offer an exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with a photo of the item, so we can resolve the issue promptly. Exchanges are only applicable for the same product or one of equal value, subject to availability.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that perishable goods and opened packages are not eligible for return. Additionally, returns or refunds are not offered on discounted or clearance products. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
